Lead our Risk Advisory practice as a Manager, overseeing multiple engagements and developing our advisory capabilities. This is a senior leadership role requiring strategic thinking and deep domain expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of risk consulting and internal audit engagements
- Develop business proposals and participate in client development activities
- Lead and develop team members across all levels
- Drive methodology development and quality assurance
- Build and maintain senior-level client relationships
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CIA, CISA, or CPA strongly preferred
- 6+ years of experience in risk advisory, internal audit, or management consulting
- Proven leadership and business development track record
- Strong knowledge of Thai regulatory environment and international best practices
- Fluency in Thai and English
Responsibilities
- Lead the entire sales cycle
- Achieve monthly sales objectives
- Qualify the customer needs
- Negotiate and contract
- Master demos of our software
Must Have
- Bachelor Degree or Higher
- Passion for software products
- Perfect written English
- Highly creative and autonomous
- Valid work permit for Belgium
Nice to have
- Experience in writing online content
- Additional languages
- Google Adwords experience
- Strong analytical skills
